Privacy policy

Dapply Solutions respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

• Account details: your name, company and email address, and a securely hashed password.
• Billing records: your invoices and the payments made against them.
• Technical records: the sites you create, and logs of actions in your account kept for security.
• The content of the sites you host with us, which we store on your behalf.

Card details

Card payments are made on Yoco's payment page. Your card number never passes through or is stored on our systems; we receive only a confirmation that the payment succeeded.

Why we use it

To run your account and sites, bill you, provide support, keep the service secure, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only service providers we need to run the service: our server and backup storage provider, Yoco for card payments, and GitHub, where our deployment configuration is kept. Each processes information only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

Account and billing records are kept while your account is open and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Site backups are kept for 14 days.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how it is used, by contacting us. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
